1、用户通过浙江科技学院网上办事服务大厅https://ehall.zust.edu.cn/中“快速通道”栏目中“邮件系统”进入邮件系统。

Users can access the online service hall of Zhejiang University of Science and Technologyhttps://ehall.zust.edu.cn/and enter the email system in the “Fast Track” section as shown in the figure.

2、用户点击右下角“忘记密码”流程走重设密码流程。

Users need to reset the password process by clicking on the "Forgot Password" process in the bottom right corner.

3、如下图所示继续流程。其中，邮箱账号格式为user@zust.edu.cn，其中“user”为用户的学号或工号。

4、如下图所示继续流程，其中密保手机为统一身份认证中的手机。

Continue the process as shown in the following figure, where the secure phone is the phone in the unified identity authentication.

5、如下图所示继续流程，其中注意设置的密码需满足图示要求。

Continue the process as shown in the following figure, and note that the password set must meet the requirements shown in the figure:

1. Contains both uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

2. Password length is 8-32 characters

3. Excluding account information and spaces

4. Not a common password

6、出现如图显示，表明重置密码成功，请登录验证。

7、登录验证密码是否修改成功，请选择账号密码登录，目前暂不支持手机号登录方式。
