From September 2010 to July 2011, she studied in School of Humanities and International Education of our University. During her study period, she worked hard and actively participated in various school activities. She won the second prize in the fourth Chinese Speech Contest for International Students and the third place in the first English-Chinese Bridge Contest of the "First Team Cup" of the University. She also served as the host of international students' activities for many times due to her outstanding language ability, which left a deep impression on teachers and students. After graduation, she went to China University of Political Science and Law to study international politics taught in Chinese and got her master's degree in July 2015.
Zahorte_Diana-Larisa is not only a straight-A student with outstanding academic performance, but also has rich intern experience. She worked as an intern at the Romanian Embassy in China, where she was responsible for Sino-Romanian translation and writing analysis reports on Chinese current affairs. From September 2014 to March 2015, she was an intern in the Administrative Office of the EU Delegation to China, responsible for writing analysis reports on Chinese current affairs. From April 2015 to July 2015, she worked as an intern in Zenerbest Consulting Co., LTD., assisting data analysts to manage and update the company's database. In 2015, the student accompanied the leaders of Shandong Province to visit Romania's Cluj TV station and served as an interpreter. In the same year, she served as the leading translator of Shandong Province at the inauguration ceremony of the Confucius statue donated by the Shandong Provincial government. She was also employed as a part-time researcher at the Collaborative Innovation Center of Language Competence at Jiangsu Normal University. At present, Diana has grown into a staff member of the Department of Asia Pacific (Asia and Pacific Region) of the Romanian Foreign Ministry, working hard to enhance the friendship between China and Romania.
In addition, she was an active volunteer at the 22nd Winter Olympics in Sochi, and is still active as a member of the youth NGO Yellow Shirts.
