用户首次使用统一身份认证账号前需要激活账号,在统一身份认证登录页面点击"账号激活"链接,进入激活程序。

如果忘记密码,可以通过以下方式找回:
方式一:通过绑定手机找回
通过绑定的手机自助找回密码。在统一身份认证登录页面,点击"忘记密码"链接,输入正确的个人信息,通过"手机号验证"获取手机短信验证码,验证通过后可以自助重置密码。
方式二:通过绑定邮箱找回
通过绑定的邮箱自助找回密码。在统一身份认证登录页面,点击"忘记密码"链接,输入正确的个人信息,通过"邮箱验证"输入绑定的邮箱地址,通过找回密码邮件自助重置密码。
方式三:通过申诉找回
在绑定的手机、电子邮箱均无法正常使用时,可通过认证登录页面"忘记密码"链接,在第二步"安全验证"页面的"账号申诉",申请人工审核重置密码。申诉审核成功后,密码会发送到指定手机或邮箱,请注意查收。
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it through the following methods:
Method 1: Retrieve via bound mobile phone
Retrieve password by your mobile phone which is bound to the system. The way is: in the Unified Identity Authentication Login Page, click "Forget password", fill your correct personal information, and fill your SMS verification code. If the information is correct, you can set up your password by yourself.
Method 2: Retrieve via bound email
Retrieve password by your email which is bound to the system. The way is: in the Unified Identity Authentication Login Page, click "Forget password", select "email verification", fill your correct personal information, and fill your email verification code. If the information is correct, you can set up your password by yourself.
Method 3: Retrieve via account appeal
When the bound mobile phone and email cannot be used normally, you can apply for manual review and password reset through the "Forgot Password" link on the authentication login page and the "Account Appeal" on the "Security Verification" page in the second step. After the appeal is successfully reviewed, the password will be sent to the designated mobile phone or email.
可能原因及解决方法:
账号过期:
因学生肄业、结业、毕业等原因,且账号超过使用宽限期,系统会将此类账号设置为过期状态。
解决办法:过期账号不允许登录!如有特殊需要,可编辑详细信息发送邮件到 support@zust.edu.cn(邮件主题中加入[身份认证]),申请宽限期。
账号冻结:
因账号疑似异常登录、弱密码等安全问题,系统会暂时冻结账号。
解决办法:暂时冻结的账号通常在4小时内自动解冻!如遇特殊情况,可编辑详细信息发送邮件到 support@zust.edu.cn(邮件主题中加入[身份认证]),申请解冻。
账号锁定:
因用户个人信息关键数据缺失、错误,或处于非正常状态,账号会被系统锁定。
解决办法:联系人事、教务或研究生院等管理部门完善信息,数据源更新数据后,符合系统要求,通常会在2个小时内会自动解锁。
Possible causes and solutions:
Account Expired:
Accounts may be marked as expired due to reasons such as student dropout, completion, graduation, etc., and if the account has exceeded the grace period for use.
Solution: Expired accounts are not allowed to log in! If there is a special need, please edit detailed information and send an email to support@zust.edu.cn (include "[身份认证]" in the subject line) to apply for a grace period.
Account Frozen:
Accounts may be temporarily frozen due to security concerns such as suspected abnormal logins, weak passwords, etc.
Solution: Temporarily frozen accounts usually automatically unfreeze within 4 hours! In exceptional cases, please edit detailed information and send an email to support@zust.edu.cn (include "[身份认证]" in the subject line) to apply for unfreezing.
Account Locked:
Accounts may be locked by the system due to missing or incorrect key personal data, or the account being in an abnormal state.
Solution: Contact relevant administrative departments such as Personnel, Academic Affairs, or Graduate School to update and complete your information. Once the data source is updated and meets system requirements, the account will usually be automatically unlocked within 2 hours.
